Apart from poor nomenclature, vocabulary and mixing of languages, which always triggers my OCD, I find some of the claims somewhat interesting.
Does it still have the same issues the original Musgrave AR's had, or is this actually reliable now?

The term "Battle Rifle" is generally reserved for a full-bore cartridge military self-loading rifle such as the FN-FAL (R1), G3, M14, AR10, and Garand.
The correct term for the Musgrave AR-clone in an intermediate caliber cartridge would be a "Modern Sporting Rifle" or something similar.
If (and only if) select-fire (read full auto or 3-shot burst) capable, it could be called and "Assault Rifle", a term coined by no less than Adolf Hitler himself when referring to the Stg44.
