Knife repair

Hey
I recently acquired some second-hand knives (Thanks Davidc) one of which is a Kershaw Outlaw Bill that is in need of some TLC. It's missing a fastener and could do with a good strip and clean. Can you recommend someone who provides this service? I suppose I could fight the urge to be lazy and do it all myself if I knew where to get a fastener.
Any suggestions?

I can help with fixed blades. Sadly not with folders.

Thanks. I imagine the Sharp Edge route would be an expensive one unless they have an in-house service dept. Hardly worth sending it to US. I guess it's worth giving them a call to find out.
