Endoscope + Samsung woes
A family member bought me a 3 in 1 Type C & Micro USB & PC Endoscope while abroad. I just cannot get it to operate with my Samsung Galaxy A6 phone. Similar like this

When connected to an I phone it works immediately without any software. I have installed several software on the Samsung to try and make it work without any success. On this specific phone I just cannot buy any charging cable,USB Type C socket? I always have to test charging cables before buying and the sales men says there is a charging protection device in the phone preventing some cables to charge and transfer data on it.
Any suggestion as I had needed this scope a few times.

Re: Endoscope + Samsung woes
I had to eventually download 'Depstech-view' V3.7.0 to make my Boresight / Endoscope camera work with Samsung

Re: Endoscope + Samsung woes
I have two samsung phones one which is an oldie which I had hoped to use as a dedicated screen for an endoscope, it doesn't support some or other protocol which is required so none of the apps i downloaded worked with the USB endosopes I have. The newer phone worked with no additional software installed.
