evening folks,

it would seem as though the m&p 15-22 has its very own barrel nut, making fitment of normal AR handguards impossible without swapping out the nut.

i did do a thread search and found some great info, but that was a couple of years ago and all answers lead to importing the necessary parts... is there a local company that's started producing said barrel nuts in the meantime?
