Section 13 Licence

Hi Folks

So can you beat this one, I recently (July) applied for a self protection section 13 license for a Glock 40 S&W.

The reply came back as "refused " as I already have a firearm on Section 13 (Which I do not have)

On enquiry at my SAPS station I was informed that the Lee Enfield rifle which I traded in, pre Fire arms Control Act in 1986, was listed as Section 13......

I have no answer...........

Did you carry the Lee Enfield appendix or strong side

There's no appeals board at the moment as far as I know
