    Default Tesmar ammo feedback

I have never heard of this brand before. Seems like a local company in SA who used to manufacture hunting calibres but have now started producing 9mmP sold per 3000 and .223 Rem sold per 1650. Does anyone have any experience with them with regards to quality and accuracy? Specifically their 9mmP and .223 Rem are they factory reloads and do they use boxer primers?

GROK does not give alot of info other then it is not advertized as factory reloads. Eurooptics in Stellenboch keep popping up in every seach on AI wrt Tesmar.

It appear that imported ammo is still cheaper for bulk buys.

I know a few sport shooters who use it and are very happy with the pricing and product generally.

From what I understand they are 'reloads' with new components done in the Western Cape somewhere by the guys behind the Boomsticks brand of shops

It cant be reloads if new components. That's like saying stv or s&b is reloads with new components. If its new its new. Reloads are when the case is reused.

My contact at Europtics isn't there anymore. That company, and it's affiliate a few blocks up LAWC, have changed ownership during the course of last year and that's when this brand started up production. When I chat to my connection again I'll fill in the gaps or make corrections.

Checking again if anyone has purchased any Tesmar 9mmP or 223 ammo and have feedback on it? I see they use their own brass stamped with Tesmar on it.

Has anyone reloaded the Tesmar cases multiple times and do they hold up?

I bought a few thousand 9x19 when they were R5/round last year, but haven't used any yet. I think you can buy them by the 100 if you want to try them out yourself? If that's not an option you can have some of mine as long as you provide proper feedback then.
