I love Beretta. But if I ever get tired of my DD AR10 I will invest in the Sako ARG before the Beretta.

Can't believe they couldn't have came up with a much better model name for the platform. But there's a lot of abbreviations floating around, and once you find out what it is you quickly feel regret in Googling it.

    Also, this> > >

    Or the Beretta?

Well what tickles your fancy proven AR15 architecture packed up nicely by Sako, or proven Piston Technology packaged up by Beretta?

Well they are sister companies. But Sako barrels is by far more accurate then other brands and guaranteed to be. Beretta has prove gas system in the 12G models but not yet proven in this platform.

So will be a tricky decision between the two. But in my mind and in the safe. If its rifle its a Sako and if a 12g its a Beretta.

What I mean is Sako uses a AR15 Internal Gas Piston (which people like to say is DI), and the Beretta uses a derivative of the AR18 style short stroke gas piston.
Both are very well hashed out, as a side I'm pretty sure the NARP uses a rendition of the AR160 (or ARX160) ito of BCG and Gas system.

Indeed. There is buggerall of consequence that you an squeeze into a service rifle shaped object that hasn't already been done to death somewhere else.
