    Default Black powder transporting

I'll be hunting next month with my MZ . Any ideas as to what paperwork will be needed for transportation of the rifle over and above Explosives permit and Competency card.
    Thanks Vic

Nothing at all. That is all that is needed.

But then again a person might get that one SAPS member in a roadblock that will not understand its a Black powder rifle.

If you want to be overly safe just print the page of firearm act stating Black Powder firearms is not licensed.

Thanks Mate , Thats what I thought . I heard that one also requires a letter from a Gunsmith confirming that the rifle is indeed a MZ ??>

You can always have the serial number of your mz rifle added on to the black powder permit.
