Help me establish a value of a rifle please

In my mind I have already established a value, based on these posts and other input. This will be communicated to my mate when he returns from a business trip. It is up to him to accept or counteroffer.

I am in no rush to sell the rifle, if I do sell it I would like it to go to someone I know as it is in marvelous condition. If he does not take it then it will continue to grace my safe. I don't need the cash and I am rather partial to it, even if a safe queen.

I'd reckon around 30 without any glassware. Prices do seemed to have jumped in the last 2 years so I may be a little off.
