Quantum Carry holsters

Has anyone purchaced a holster from Quantum Carry recently?

Not recently, about 2 years ago. Still carry it daily, exceptional quality.

Buying Quantum Carry holster are like pulling your own teeth with a teaspoon, just not as pleasant. It's a real pity, as the products are exceptional. My EDC lives in one for close to a decade, and my Shield as well. They are so comfortable I dread one day having to find another one.

I recently bought a Highlander holster (https://www.highlanderholsters.co.za/) as Durban based on recommendation of a chap I know. Well priced, couple of days turn around - few weeks in and so far so good! I have 2 QC holsters - 1 is old and no longer used - lasted 12 odd years I think.

2nd one is current daily EDC and HH is backup.

But Matthew's business was, (hppefully it changed) is like ordering and paying for the holster and later you give up on receiving it and think you was scammed. Then suddenly after several months you receive a package with the holster in.
If you are in a hurry don't go this route but it is worth the wait if you have patience. LoL

I am so happy I went to HH

I have had quantum carry (good holster but zero comms)
Shinobi kydex, broke and the replacement broke
South west holsters, excellent but I kept breaking the kydex belt claw

I can hands down say Highlander is the highest quality holster I have owned to date

It's become significantly worse. I waited over a month for a holster and when I got it, it was not what I'd ordered. I got no apologies, no offer to make good, just silence for several weeks. Still waiting for my refund. I don't usually complain about service, but I haven't experienced such poor service in all my years as a shooter.

This is sad, but he's farmed his own shit.

Both the wife and I EDC QC holsters on our PHILster rigs. Fantastic products.
I'd hate to have to replace them with something new.

It's a real pity as I think he could have ruled the ZA holster market.
