Hehe. Its pretty cool. Grip is a bit like holding box of cornflakes. Shoots straighter than me. Recoil very manageable due to low bore axis.

As the 13 round mag gets lighter the feel of the gun changes a bit though.

Sounds nice enough. Good gun for IDPA, you reckon?

I found a mag amongst all the other reloading stuff, so contemplating whether I should sell mag or buy gun.

I can't believe that you are acutally posing that question. Buy the gun!! It looks similar to the 17 so your missus will think they are one and the same.

Forgot to say: Great gun for IDPA. You can shoot it in all 3 semi auto divisions.

I bought a G21 SF with IDPA CDP in mind. This frame makes it feel like a G17/22 sized gun and makes a big difference IMHO. If you end up buying new, rather go with the SF model.
