    Default Tikka T3 Hunter!!!!

Wel I decided to take the plunge and bought a Tikka T3 Hunter in 300 winMag.
Not in too much of a hurry to get licensed as I only have bowhunting trips planned for this year and was originally planning on only buying it late this year, but got a deal that I just couldnt pass by!

    Comments welcome!

    Very nice rifle! Congratulations.

Seeing as you are in no rush for the license, you will probably have it in three months. Murphy's law...

Been looking at the same rifle myself, caliber is still undecided tho. Did you have a look at the T3 super varmint?

Very good value for money imo and arguably the smoothest bolt in the business.

I had a 9,3x62 which I sold and replaced with a Steyr. The T3 was very accurate and being a light rifle made it a pure joy to carry.

    I'm a fan of the T3, and I've got one in .30-06.
One problem might be that its a tad on the light side for .300 WinMag, but I'm sure there's plenty of advice out there on adding a bit of weight to it if it kicks a bit too uch.
