What are your rights when you are pulled over in S.A
Hey guys,
I am new to these forums so i just wanted to say a quick hello first :) and it is good to finally find a South African gun forum.
What are your rights when you are pulled over in S.A? Do you have to let them know are carrying? Are they allowed to take your gun from you if you have done nothing wrong? Please let me know your thoughts.... Thanks.

Do not volunteer information that was not asked and do not hide information when it was asked for.
They will have to have a good reason for taking your firearm and have to issue you a 'receipt' for it.
