    I dig the braai pit... Made one myself on new years out of loose bricks, but am planning on making it a more permanent feature :)

    Mulligan the beer can allways work very well. Next time be brave and get some deboned pork shoulders for the Weber with some smoking chips aaaah dude thats nearly as good as skaap :)

    My next project is going to be a 30kg Porker for Oktober Fest :). Will see what else I get up to between now and then.

    My next building project is going to be to build a smoker. But not a sizzy half barrel thing you buy at the shops, I'm looking at something about a meter wide by a meter deap for now. Just need to find someone in Cape Town to make me the stainless steel doors.
