LPA is a brand, but also a generic term, for a cut similar
to a Bomar. Which is also both a cut & a brand, at a glance
a LPA & Bomar cuts & sights are almost indistinguishable.
There are a number of after market manufacturers who make
LPA & Bomar style sights. OEM Adjustables are almost never
Original Bomar or LPA. There is no clear cut advantage of one over
    The other

Most Competition IPSC Shooters Like Adjustable Sights most
High end pistol models have them, “Tick the tricked out box”
All adjustable sights can break. “I have a box of broken adjustable sights”
Some last longer than others. The ones that last the longest are the
Ones that are shot & adjusted the least, Installed correctly & not abused

Both have windage & elevation adjustment. This is great if you are going to
Play with loads. But once you have settled on a load. The sight will probably
Not be adjusted again until you want to try another load.

We have LPA Cut Rear Sights by Champion Sights
We also have the Dawson Fibre Optic Fronts.

Adjustable sights have no place on a carry gun IMHO

KISS is an acronym for Keep It Simple ....

meaning: use simple good quality fixed sights....

    Why is that Big T?

Due to the odd chance of losing the adjustment while carrying? As i understand the sights have click screws, making it harder to accidentaly adjust.

Im afraid i didnt have the option of non-adjustable optics, but if its a valid problem i might consider not fitting them.

They arent as durable. Even the best one are more likely to loss zero or fail completely than a good set of fixed sights.

They are also a lot more likely to snag up when carried concealed.

I used to carry a pistol with adjustable sights so I speak from experience. And guess how many times I zeroed them notwithstanding failures and movement. Once. Get decent sights sight your gun in and it will work hundreds with no chance of failure.

Rather ask Double tap for a set of Warren Tacticals.
