Springfield Armory XD(m) in 9x19.

Springfield has released the new XD(m) in 9mmP and .40S&W and they seem like a good choice for carry and IPSC Production division.

Does anybody here know if anyone will be importing them?

I know Franscois Swanepoel was the Springfield Armory rep for SA many years ago, but I dont think he is in the gun trade anymore. ???

The XD seems nice enough.

I know there were a couple around and they may have been imported by Continental?

The problem I see is with spares and mags and support and would therefore rather buy a Glock or a S&W M&P.

Wacs Imexport (Francois) was the importer.

I am Wacs now and Wacs does not import Springfield anymore.

I do not know who imports Springfield and I in fact doubt that anyone is doing it.

Oh Oh, keep us updated on who the Springfield importer is or could be.

I book the first like new, half price M1A.

Now that that's out the way, they do seem to be moving in the right direction and keeping up to date with their products.

I agree with Khumba, parts are always an issue with any gun, I just found that out the hard way.

Hi guys,

NSN guns in Silverton might be bringing in some. The last time i spoke to them they were busy negotiating the pricing. Will drop a post if i here anything in the near future.

look at the HS 2000 at Camdix it is the same gun ,made by croatia and then made by springfield ,mags can be gotte from continental in midrand same size or close to Glock 19 size weapon

Weapon has ambi mag drop nice loaded indicator on top that can be felt with gloves on the silver mags help alot when doing mag changes in front of your eyes
