    Default CBC Model 586

    Hello people.

Anybody have an idea if this shotgun is any good?

I have found only limited info on the net regarding this shotgun.

The price is very good, just need to figure out if its any good.

    Thanks

Not sure of the model, but I used to use a CBC for training. I recall with great fondness the day I broke it and started using a different one.

If this is the same model as the heavy, hard to cycle CBC I knew and loved then I would not suggest it first choice.

What do you intent to use it for? THe CBC will undoubletly make far better warclub than say a 870 or a Benelli.

You can pick up used Winchesters and Mossbergs for next to nothing these days.

There is no reason I can think of to buy the CBC over either one of those.

    Hi Grobbie,
My Smith and Wesson shotty is identical (I think) to a CBC. You can see it and shoot it on saturday if you like.

    3 gun, and then some........

I have stumbled across some info on the interwebs. Seems fairly reliably, but not really a good choice. Will just have to save up for something a bit more, well, proper.

Thanks for the heads up, would have been nice, as the price is right for right now, but I would rather not take the chance.

There is a special "button" that if depressed, causes a timewarp.....

That button is simply there to help me practice my transitions.
