Agreed! As per usual everything ran smoothly, COF's were challenging & interesting, cockroaches needed to be firmly controlled & the company was great.

This was my first real IDPA shoot this year since returning to IDPA after a 3 year absence and I enjoyed it. Had some problems with the 1911 and this was the first real test for it...but it was LEKKER!!!!

    Nope!

I have perfected the grip reductions, but have almost 3Kg of epoxy resin left over that I need to use.

I have got Glock, got bored with the tedious reliability and needed something to give me a chalange...like a 1911!!!!! In defence...she is still bordering on being a "virgin" and I do think that she might need minor work to get her at 100% operational performance. One problem identified today was that the mags had a bit of oil in and after getting a bit of dirt in...things did not go 100% and I think the fedding ramp needs a bit of work.

As I say...I got bored with the reliability of my Glock and needed a chalange...and the freaking grip safety is one!!!! I had about 2 or so "trigger issues" due to the grip safety not being depressed properly. This is due to my thumb being on the safety while shooting and not depressing the grip safety properly.

    My chalange...1911...Your chalange...owning Land Rovers!!!

    Hi folks,

The results of the PDPC club shoot held on Saturday, have been sent out via the SADPA Yahoo Group.

Many thanks to the new and experienced SO’s that ran ranges and made the shoot possible.

Some shooters apparently had issues with seeing threats behind the washing line? ;-)

It was a pleasure having you all on the range and hope to see you at the handgun 7 rifle club shoot next month!
