Their service is good but not exceptional. I was there twice already when nobody offered to assist me. They just walk past you. Maybe it is because I do not ware Veldfocus shirts and khaki shorts.

In the past I to referred to them as S&O aka Sold Out, but, after I had to buy some ammo I actually saw what I had to fork out, I changed my opinion, if you look at all the stock ( listed ) they have to keep to satisfy all of us. It's sad to not get what I want but it still remain my favourite mall ( Dad's Mall if there was one ).

All my "stock" can fit into one or maybe 2 checkers bags and I guess is worth about R 4000-6000, then think of just one shelf in S&O.

Give them credit. In Stellenbosch the service is great and when they don't offer assistance then I ask for it.

Most of my spending on my addiction will be there. And there is no CURE.

I spoke to their helmut at the Pretoria branch on Friday afternoon and complaint about a few things, he promised to sort it out and would appreciate continued feedback..

We all appreciate their branch here in Pretoria..
Lets give them feedback on service etc when applicable..
