SOG Pentagon Elite -it'e the only decent quality folder I know of that can be reverse sharpened, opens smooth as silk and the arc-lock lock-up is brilliant! The only down-side is that it is a bi#@h to sharpen!

Both edges - the blade of the Pentagon folds almost completely into the handle so that the reverse edge can also be sharpened, without it cutting your pocket (or hand) to shreds.

"The Spike" is also a good option in that position.
