Mossberg 500A - Magazine spring?

I am having trouble with my Mossberg 500A pump-action in that the magazine spring has lost it's plating/chrome layer over about half of the spring and is now rusting profusely. I have cleaned the magazine tube out, lubed it lightly as well as lubed the spring (generously) after cleaning it as best possible. Yet a month later the rust is back and causing the follower to get stuck in the tube when loading more than 4-5 rounds.

Does anyone know where I can obtain a replacement spring as I cleaned the tube out again on Saturday and there is no rust/pitting in the tube as yet....

Don't know if the agents will have. Wolff will probably be cheaper, even with shipping. I think that the SG mag springs are less than $6.

Yip, made a few phone calls - 3 x gunshops referred me to their favorite gunsmith who is charging an arm+leg for a spring!!!!

Investigating Wollf and Brownells...
