    I submitted my further competency in March, took about 3 weeks to eventually get my first sms from the DFO. Competency was approved on 30 July. Lots of inconsistencies with waiting time.

    I just don't understand how you end up with such major inconsistency when processing applications.

    all applications are thrown on the floor and it's pot luck who's gets processed:)
