    I guess it's what "this" is referring to. I was equally confused, and trying to trawl through the GOSA page to try understand what this court case is about, wasn't much help. Would be great if someone could shed some light on this, for those of us not following.

    In short they want the court to define what a licence is. Is it the approval on the CFR system, the SMS or the actual card. If they manage to get their way, we should be able to collect firearms after approval and not when the card is issued.

    I really hope they pull it off!
