    Default Decisions, decisions

    ???
I am looking at buying a .22 but can not decide between between a 2nd hand CZ mod 452, scoped for R2250 and a new Armscor Sterling 14P for R1995.
I know that the CZ is a verry good working rifle, but quite like the idea of the Sterlings stainless barrel.

Is there a difference in reliablity and accuracy?
    Any opinions?

Take the R2250 and buy a secondhand Remington / Sako.

Yea, I surely sound snobbish, but a .22LR is (for me personally) like that royal princess of the arsenal...

Here is some info about the 2 rifles you mentioned:

I never understood guys who wanted a 'cheap' .22 rifle OR pistol. In the average year, lots of people (especially now with ammo prices thru the roof) will shoot more $$$ / RRR worth of ammo in a .22 than they paid for the weapon, and will keep it (and continue to shoot it) for decades, maybe even teaching their kids or grand kids on it, yet the same guys will think nothing of dropping a small fortune on a hunting rifle they use only a few times a year. Go figure, eh?

Get the best .22 you can afford and proceed to shoot the ever living Hell out of it I say! ;D

get chatting with Khumba ASAP, the man knows his rifles!
I am studying an awesome brand of leg fighting which was inspired by dung beetles and I think my brand of Kraft Manure is superior to all other styles ever invented. Furthermore I challenge all other manurists to a rolling contest where we shall establish whose manure ball is the biggest! I shall call it Honest Kraft Manure and declare it superior to all other brands of manure and will tell you that I have claimed the lineage directly to Imshi the great Dragon Kru Master Beetler who invented manuring, by gathering all manure from different animals together and making it work as the worlds most effective fertilizer. I proved myself by being members of not one but three super elite special gardening departments who were responsible for spreading manure to combat weed infestations!
