    Default what are the different stages of a new licence application?

    can anyone tell me what are the stages that it must go through right up the licence being granted?

    DFO then CRC? ............

    In my experience it goes like this: DFO, Provincial DFO, CFR, CRC, prep for consideration, commitee, approved, printing at provincial DFO, DFO.
