Can anyone please give me more info on the RSA R6 Rifle? History, units issued to etc. will be highly appreciated. Does anybody know if the SAPS Special Task Force ever use the R6?
Any assitance will be greatly appreciated!

Description
The Vektor 5.56 mm R6 compact assault rifle is a shortened version of the basic R4 and R5 design, intended for use by vehicle-mounted, airborne and similar forces requiring a short compact weapon. The operation and general characteristics are the same of those of the R4 and R5 (see separate entry); only the dimensions differ.
Variants
5.56 mm LM6 rifle The 5.56 mm LM6 rifle is a self-loading-only version of the R6 compact assault rifle, produced by Vektor for use by police and paramilitary forces. Apart from the self-loading-only function, the LM6 is identical to the military model.
