Re: SA High Powered Rifle Association
Aha! Thanks Emilio, can you please quote me the section where it is stated... I read through the rules and the constitution but I could not find exact reference to it.

Re: SA High Powered Rifle Association
Sloffie!!!!
If you were in my platoon, I would never let you read the map or read anything.
I would make you carry all the heavy stuff instead
On their site, click "Our shoot programme" button. Cant miss it. Big and Green thingy on their home page. Then read the Pdf that comes up. it says :
"The Training/Coaching mornings are not match days and no scores will be taken, but as organised shoots they will count towards the attendance needed to obtain/retain association membership. However, members will be expected to gain and retain their membership category with a preponderance of match days - sports shooting means competition and not just endless practice! "

Why did I miss that! HAHA!
Anyway, I had a blast today. Was excellent fun! Cannot wait for the next shoot.
Shot 200m slow fire standing, 200m rapid fire crouched, 300m Rapid fire prone and 300m slow fire prone. If you like shooting rifles, I would seriously recommend you come to the next shoot.

Re: SA High Powered Rifle Association
If I do that I might get shot.I will do that next time. Issue though is I did not want to disturb the other shooters and leave Dirk to fend for himself.

It might be worth while having someone taking photo's on a regular basis. I volunteer Bryan or Maggy.
