This is the first of our new monthly self defense workshops that will be conducted at the CombatCoaching.com gym in Amanzimtoti. This workshop is open to members of the public, males and females as well as current members of CombatCoaching.com
These workshops will zone in on our current crime happenings in our area: our reality; how to survive the streets of today and not become a victim. Are you a soft target? Really wish I could make it, but unfortunately have a 21st to attend (not mine, in case anyone is wondering!)

*Sigh* If only all knife attacks were like this, then yes guns would be better. Now change the distance to arms length and see what happens ;)
At this range I can guarantee even if you do draw your gun and shoot your attacker, you will both end up dead.
A blade cuts, slashes, thrusts and stabs in all directions. A handgun is only dangerous in the direction the muzzle points ;)

Just a very short tutorial on a single method, but it might give some an idea of just how fast and devastating an attacker with even a small blade or other pointy object can be at arms length...underestimate a blade at your own peril...
