Knives in vehicles
Morning gentlemen
Just a "matter of interest" thread: Do any of you guys keep dedicated knifes in your vehicles for vehicle/personal defense? If you do, how many and/or where? Im not expecting anyone to give out any info which they feel might compromise OPSEC.
This is what I permanently keep clipped next to my seatbelt "release button" (in the open position as in the pic).

Re: Knives in vehicles
Back in the States, I keep a 2 1/2" front-loader on me pretty much at all times. A 5" semi-serrated fixed blade is in the center console of my Dakota. There's a rescue knife in the 1st aid/survival kit I keep under the back seat. I was just issued a Leatherman over here that I can keep. I'll probably slap that in the glove box when I get back. You guys do call them glove boxes, right?

I keep a Leatherman and some fixed blades and folders in my vehicle.

Re: Knives in vehicles
Come to think of it, I should probably move the rescue knife in to the cubby-hole/cabyel/glove box/perfect place to stash weapons... for better access.

Re: Knives in vehicles
These are cool. Its what I keep. All business, to the point. Go through a strap like tissue paper as long as you don't use it for other stuff. Benchmade also makes one w/a bottle opener on it.

These are cool too:

Re: Knives in vehicles
I got an axe in the boot a 12cm dagger next to my seat in the door and a small folder one in the glove box, with a panga under the front seat and my asp batton between my seat and saftybelt clip, and a good old knop Kirrie on the back seat, this does not include my ka-bar what I carry on me. Lol now that I read it, it sounds crazy haha
