Should one practice this statement over and over like one would practice dry firing Skaaphaas? That way the mental bridges get built etc?

Won't do you much help in the end I'm afraid.
@ 5 min later you would have forgotten about at least 3 facts.
@ 10 min later it could have increased to 7 pertinent facts.
BUT certain facts will be burned into your memory for LIFE, and that is what the prosecutor is after.
The real truth. And this is what you’ll be burning to tell, because everything else would feel detached and a blurry

Always find out if the instructor or trainer has ever been in a violent conflict or close combat.
What I have found over the years that most of them haven't even been in a school yard scuffle with a black eye or a bloody nose.
Find someone to teach you to fight that has been in a fight.
