Once upon a time there was a small baby boy born. He grew up to be one of the finest gentlemen there was around. Because of his good character and way of seeing the need of his fellow men he joined the police force. He excelled so greatly that he was promoted to the CFR. At the CFR he continued his reputation of understanding the needs of others. He even worked over time, early in the mornings and through lunchtime. His name is NORTIER. Now there is a great man.

Thank You. Not just for the numbers, but what is starting to develop into an efficient CFR. We need more men like this in the SAPD.

If we can have that, and everyone that uses it with the needed respect towards the person on the other side of the line, then the whole firearm community in RSA + SAPD will be moving forward. Respect towards both sides will build and citizens will even start to believe in the SAPD once more. An organogram will be excellent.
