Leatherman at Huntex

Hi guys,
I handed in my leatherman at Huntex because it was a bit rusted. They said it needs to be sent to cpt and they will send it back to me within 5 days. I haven't received anything and also lost the little slip they gave.

Where can i find my Leatherman?

Should I call the number from the leathermansa.co.za website or were the guys at Huntex a different company?
