man shoots armed robber
A guy in cape town shot and killed an armed robber on tuesday night after two guys ambushed his mom and dad outside his house trying to force them into the house. He killed the one guy after the guy pointed a gun at him and the second one got away also wielding a gun.
yesterday morning the same guy was seen watching his house and after he saw him they fled in a stolen golf. He subsequently moved out with the rest of his family and is now living in a guest house. Worst part is that his firearm has been taken for ballistics and they cant give him an idea as to when it will be back.

Thanks for the link Ikor.
Seeing as the original source for the article is the Daily Voice (tabloid newspaper) I'll definitely reserve judgement on this one.

Re: man shoots armed robber
I have 2 with a 3rd one on the way. Remember, 2 is 1 and 1 is nothing. Also if your handgun is licensed for sporting purposes, there is no reason to say that you may not use it (or a bread knife for that matter) to legally defend yourself. The FCA states that you may use your firearm for any legal purpose.
