Are there any prerequisites for this? What do I need to do if I want to make a booking?

Getting your head read for wanting to spend a day with BigT would be a good start ;)

Seriously, you will have a great time and learn more than you can take in. PM BigT to book then take water, minimum 200 rounds of ammo, comfortable shoes, good holster, mag pouches, minimum of 3 extra magazines and a sense of humour. Oh... almost forgot... take your gun along :D

A good course like this one is, especially for a beginner, like trying to drink from a fire hose. An overload of information...all good and relevant but sometimes more than they can take in in a full day or two.

I suggest that those who are able take head mount video cams, and the rest make sure they have a pen and notepad to take notes during breaks. Waiting until you are back home will usually mean you forget something...write it down as soon as possible. If it is 'scribble' then translate it and make it pretty later but get the info on paper as soon as possible. You will be glad you did.

Too true ikor! I took part in the course this past weekend, and I can't speak highly enough of it! I highly recommend it to all the users and members alike of the forum. It's definitely worth every penny, so much so tht I would actually like to do it again!

As ikor said, if possible video what you can or take down notes! What BigT teaches & preaches aren't that difficult, but there's aa fair amount to take in. I suggest going with n open and eager mind, and don't be afraid to ask questions! :)

Thanks guys, just a stupid question. If I take 200 rounds with and have some ammo for SD, then I would be exceeding the 200 round limit since I'm not a dedicated sportsman/hunter. Is there a way of overcoming this?

Arrange with T to buy and pick up your range ammo from Southern Arms on the day.
