I have a Vektor 98 in 308Win. What you need to know?

First of all that it exists, which I now know. Did Vektor make hunting rifles pre 1994 and in that case, where do I find out the facts about such rifles, models, calibres, mechanism, years of productions, action, weight, length etc. I cannot find any information in books or on the Internet.

Thank's. Do you have any further information on this weapon? (when it was made and by whom? Is it based on some other gun? Picture?, Weight, length magazine capacity etc?)

    UM,

I tried to get the history on this rifle but hit a dead end after speaking to Truvelo. According to them, whatever Vektor had was auctioned off and bought by several different bidders. It seems the records may have survived, but where that is currently is anyone's guess.

PM me your mail address & I'll forward you the mail conv. I had with Truvelo.

Conti used to do the Griffin 1911 clone but I am not sure if they were made here or in China.

I remember the Griffin. Thought it was a nice looking gun.

Does anyone know who made the Accidental Discharge Pistol?
Nobody has mentioned the RAP yet. As I understand it this was issued to some of the ladies in the SAPS
My mother used to carry a Kommando during the Rhodesian war. I still have the licence for it somewhere.

Continental also assembled a limited number of Glocks.
