Recoil rod replacement on H&K USP

Hi gents, would anyone know what the recommended replacement schedule is for this part or how often one should change them? Its a USP .40F

This includes the springs its an entire recoil rod assembly

those springs maybe changed on their own but it involves using a punch etc more convenient to drop in a RSA as a unit.

Do you perhaps know how often they need to be changed KK? Or what the maintenance schedule you have used on your USP's?
