    Default NEA15 CQB On auto

Morning guys. Went pin shooting the weekend. My NEA started firing on auto. Except for the fact that it's illegal, is there any other associated problems I can encounter? What would be causing this? It is also not happening frequently. I am planning to do and video a range test on Wednesday.

are they hand loads or factory ammo? I am in no way familiar enough with the design to know if I am talking crap or not but perhaps the charge is enough to cycle the spent case out and cycle in another as there isnt enough "juice" to send the bolt all the way to the rear to lock it on the sear?

Like I say, just a guess?

Sounds like a slam fire issue.

You have done nothing illegal and nor is your weapon per se illegal. It is only illegal for you to modify the weapon so that it becomes fully automatic. You have not done so. This is not a weapon that is an automatic weapon but simply a semiautomatic weapon that is malfunctioning.

Take it to whoever you bought it from and discuss repair with them.

The firearm as a warranty , so the first thing to do would be to get it back to the dealer.
