Hmmm here the cops say just do what ever the bad guy wants. There they say just be careful of bystanders. And be careful of what's down range. I could live with those rules.

An interesting point made in the comments to the article. In Florida, if there are fatalities in an armed robbery then it does not matter which party fired the fatal shots. The robbers or surviving accomplices are charged with murder. Clucking Bell!!! I like that!
