    Default SOSHANGUVE FCR

    Hi guys.

I have been told bt PTA-north FCR that i need to go to the Soshanguve FCR but was told a month ago that i can do my firearm licensing there.

is this the only place i can hand in my licence application ?

Have anybody handed in licence applications at the soshanguve FCR?

You must hand in your application in at the police station in which area you live. Each police station covers a certain geographical area and you need to operate within this boundaries.

    Something else...

When i was there a oldish guy was there he was waiting for a license for a ''Desert Eagle'' Got told the license has been approved but not in his name...
But on someone else's name that he doesn't even know...

    ???

They told him he should bring the weapon in for safe storage till the everything was resolved....

    He was pissed..

How can something like this happen?

    I was shocked

I would tell them to go Fly a Kite.....

I hope he still has his old license and proof of his application....if so...then why should he hand it in, it is not his mistake.
