    Hi Guys

    Can anyone give some indication on value and electability on this FA. Its a .455 Cal

    It was probably a civilian firearm and as the British Army went to the .38 in WW1 and WW2 it would not fit in a military collection. But that does not mean it was not used during this period.

    But for somebody interested in English firearms or Webleys as such, it can have some value. In SA they are easily found and do not fetch good prices, But this could change. I would put the price for a good example like yours at R800 - R1000.

    I would rather reload for it and start shooting it, you will find there are a lot of life left in the old dog.

    Kevin, does it have an arrow type mark anywhere on it? If so it would be ex British military.
