Bighunter, what are the odds this is at Durbanville DFO? I have exactly the same situation and my Glock19 also came from DaveSheer via Parow Arms as per the 350a I attached.
As it was explained to me they need the 350? to indicate that DaveSheer had the FA prior to that.

2week wasted and I was so hoping to join Geoff and the gang down here for the training end of Oct :(

@TJ. The firearm seems to have been sold to two people or some thing. I've asked our super capt at the cfr to help. I'm hoping maybe I can just get another number or something. I've sent gareth my invoice and proof of payment and have spoken to Louise. I guess I'll just start over.

Could one of you guys please explain the process/this specific issue to me. As far as I understand the FA when it is imported goes onto the system and the details captured. As it is transferred from 1 company to the next it gets updated on the system. In my case the FA is now at another company down the line, but the status is still as at the 1st company/importer? Is this correct?

Are these updates done with a 350 from the dealer to CFR?
