Re: 18350 Li-Ion batt - where?
Do you mean 18650? I buy 18650's from TakeAlot, NiteCore batteries. Two CR 123A's will replace a 18650.

1 x 18650 is better than two CR123a's mostly for safety purposes, two cells pose the risk of becoming unbalanced and causing a fire.

Re: 18350 Li-Ion batt - where?
It really does matter what you want to use them for. If it's for an ecig battery (especially hi amperage mechanical mods), you need the IMR chemistry batteries as outlined by Moomin. The Efest ones have a good rep. If it's for a torch or any low drain device, the cheaper standard chem Lithium Ions will do the trick (BOB has these). If it is for an ecig that can accept 18350 or 18650 and you just want a smaller form factor, I reckon you'll be disappointed with 18350s. They are not really efficient for their size. They are half the size of an 18650 but typically only hold about 30% of the charge.

Re: 18350 Li-Ion batt - where?
Thank guys.
18350 indeed and not 18650.
Two of those will drive an Elzetta Bravo bored body to 900 lumens where the 18650 will probably only get to about 500 lumens.
I want to give it a try and see how it performs. I guess run times will not be great but should equal CR123 run times?Last edited by DS; 27-05-2015 at 17:26.

You can see performance and run time graphs on this link.
