Mex police markings or plain?

Was at Dave Sheer yesterday, the 16" model that was on display, had the Mexican markings on it.

Only 1 x 16" left out of the 3 guns. All the guns in SA currently have the Mexican Police markings.

Very very tempting. Question: long time since I bought a weapon but what is the process in terms of payment especially on SLR's. Can you put a deposit down on a unit and send in paper work how does it work? What if it is declined?
