Wanted: Lee Enfield No4 Mk1 or Mk2 (not sporterised)

Hi there

I am looking to start collecting Lee Enfield rifles and thought to start by looking out for a SMLE No4 Mk1 or Mk2 in a fairly good working condition. It must not be sporterised in any way as I am interested in the collectibility of the rifle.

The reason for this is that my Dad already has a No1 Mk3.

If anyone know where I can acquire one, please let me know.

I am based in Windhoek Namibia and am aware of the requirements to license and export the firearm in Namibia.

Would anyone know the approximate value of such a rifle? I did speak to Petrus as Zimbi books who stated that this could be in the region of R500 to about R1 500. I know that Classic Arms sometime has these for as much as R 2500?

I have a couple I'm not going to licence, but they're definitely not unfired. Speak to me if you don't take spiggs up on his offer.

R500 would be a deal, R1500 maybe high end, for most of the ones I've seen, so it's a good ballpark figure.
