Default Suppressor for Sako .270 Win

    Hi guys.

I have a Sako A7 in 270 Win. The A7 is a very light rifle with the synthetic stock so its a great rifle to carry when hunting but I want to suppress it.

Now I have been looking at Mkonto Manufacturing. They have a deluxe model that I am interested in. There is two versions. The normal model which weigh 1200g and a lightweight model which weigh 850g. Now I want to keep the weight as low as possible as I am not fan for hunting of a vehicle but prefer walk and stalk. Does anyone use these suppressor and is the workmanship good of Mkonto? The price of the lightweight is around R 4500.

Anyone using this suppressor or know of them? Is it worth that price or should I try someone else?

    Any info will be appreciated.

For that sort of money you could probably get an ASE Utra.

Call Numenor for a quote on a can.

I have 2. One on my 6 and one on my BXP.

They are very well made, and use modern, not 100 year old Maxim type baffles.

    Both give good sound suppression.

As they are fond of saying: "Our suppressors are the reason you haven't heard of us yet."
