.270 Sako with Schmid & Bender scope

Hi everyone,

I am a total novice to this site and don't even know if my efforts to post this request have been successful. I inherited this beuatiful rifle from my late brother and have only used it on a few occassions. It is in mint condition and comes in a neat carrying bag complete with RAM cleaing kit, ear muffs for target shooting and 26 rounds of ammo. Since I no longer hunt I am eager to sell it to a caring individual. Can anyone advise me on a reasonable asking price please?

In order to give you a good price indication, you will have to provide some more information. Such as:
Model? Condition? scope included?
also posting some pictures will also help.

Hi Christie,

The rifle and scope are amongst the best available.
However you will have to provide the models of the rifle and particular the scope in order to give an estimate on the values. Generally, a second hand sako rifles in good condition and in one of the popular calibers such as 270 go for between R10-15k. The scope could be worth between R2-15k.Good luck with the sale.
