    At my own expense I have to admit I have also thrown away a few in the past.

    If the seal is removed and you use the bottle on your work bench its no prob but if you transport the oil and the bottle is not kept upright it may leak - happened to me .

    I've been removing it every time that I've used it and when I'm done, I screw the nozzle off and put it back. Now I see that you need to make a small hole in the red cap...
