Default Some nice Colt Ar's at Safari and Outdoor

Was at Safari and Outdoor today for some supplies and noticed they had some Colt Ar's in stock. One that stuck out was the LE6920MP-B in OD green with Magpul furniture. At 24k I thought it was a really good bargain. Not sure how much room there was to move on that price did not ask. Fixed front sight not really my cup of tea. They did have a flat top version though. Got me to thinking much much better if any do you think a original Colt AR would be vs the current crop of Ar's we have?

Handled the OD one today, my idea of a AR. Sweet verby!

    Also a beautiful Rem 1911 R1.

Yeah, good luck with any backup from Colt as there's no "official" dealer in SA.

S&W you will at least be able to get parts, but I guess thats the beauty of an AR...all size same size
