Zero Dark Thirty
Awesome movie.
Never once looked at my watch.
Now I want to read the books on the subject.

Re: Zero Dark Thirty
The book probably would be much better. I assume that the movie had to have an element of hollywood make over to draw audience.
live out your imagination , not your history.

Re: Zero Dark Thirty
The interview with the " Shooter" link has been posted before but it's good to read his comments on the movie.

Re: Zero Dark Thirty
I think it was fantastic. direct and i dare say accurate in all aspects. I wouldnt say there was any hollywood BS in it.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Re: Zero Dark Thirty
Some of the Seal stuff at the house was apparently a little embellished - you will see when you read the interview - he says they do not talk that much , but I guess it's needed for the audience.

Re: Zero Dark Thirty
Seen the movie and was kinda cool. Also if you want to watch you can check out the national geographic one that came out a few months back.
The book No easy Day was pretty cool, the second one (killing Bin Ldaen(or something like that) by Chuck pfararfer (or something) was apparently messed up in timeline in events, also i felt it to be a bit biased and off in some ways. Will see if i come across any other ones.
