    - Ensure you have all your supporting documents
    - Ensure you have a thorough motivation as to why you are applying for the specific firearm

I elaborated on the key differences between a 50cal opposed to a 6.5 Creedmoor and what the 50cal would allow me to do and ultimately the events I would like to attend.

It is key to add rifle specifications and it's benefits and explain why this caliber is needed (if you have additional firearms)

I believe you will be able to apply for a 50cal under section 15 (Occasional hunter / Occasional sport shooting) unless it is a semi auto
    - Note that if you apply for it under section 16, then it is just easier, as you will have 3 more supporting documents

    1. NHSA Dedicated sports person status
    2. NHSA Scores Report (showing you are actively partaking in events)
    3. Endorsement letter for the rifle application

I had the following as supporting documents

Annexure A17 - Request for a prior notice - paja
Annexure A16 - Letter of Employment
    Annexure A15.C - PERSON 3 - Reference & ID
    Annexure A15.B - PERSON 2 - Reference & ID
    Annexure A15.A - PERSON 1 - Reference & ID
Annexure A14 - Safe Photos Document
    Annexure A13 - NHSA_Endorsement_for_HS50
Annexure A12 - Photographic Proof of Range Activities
    Annexure A11 - NHSA_Scores_Reports
Annexure A10 - Proof of Purchase STEYR HS 50 - Redacted Item
Annexure A9 - Copies of Additional Rifle Applications
    Annexure A8 - NHSA_Membership_Card_
    Annexure A7 - NHSA_Dedicated_Sport_Signed_
    Annexure A6 - NHSA_Sporting_Certificate_
    Annexure A5 - NHSA_Proof_of_Membership_
Annexure A4 – Copy of Competency Certificate
    Annexure A3.B - Training Certificate
    Annexure A3.A - Training Results
Annexure A2.B - Residential Address Affidavit
Annexure A2.A - Proof of residential Address
    Annexure A1 - Proof_id

For anyone looking into acquiring a 50, send me a PM, i'll forward you my template.
Wow. With all that I think they will approve quickly, before the weight of the paperwork breaks their desk
